In this Third Day, you should observe the Shabbâth daily; because we should thankful for Him, יהוה (Yahweh), for the creation of all seen and unseen and giving us His Holy Torah. At the end of the Spiritual Seven Day Cycle, you need to take time out to look at all what יהוה (Yahweh) has blessed you with in the previous six days. You should call all your friends, family, children, just call anybody and sit down and go over all that was revealed to you throughout the week listening to one of the daily classes or some of your own Shabbâth studies. You should discuss how you can use this knowledge that is gained for self-improvement in your everyday life and rebuilding of our Holy Nation. On the Shabbâth you should be ever so thankful for the little things in life that you are blessed to witness and interact with. Shabbâth is a day of thankfulness, spiritual enlightenment and enjoyment.
